Pangasinan Sunset
A set of my shots taken at Pangasinan with my trusty digicam from three years ago. This was when I was still (as I am now) learning the ropes of photography.
SOOC, by the way :)

Go and fricking use it.
It’s not so much as the quality of your firsts, it’s the rush of shooting and learning. It doesn’t matter if its a point-and-shoot or a Hasselblad, the important thing is you use it and you gain experience from it. Take chances. Bring your camera to places you’ve never been to and see what it has to offer. Bring it to places you always go to and see what’s lying beneath the everyday hubbub. Shoot people, capture emotions. Shoot nature, capture beauty.
The thing is, don’t leave it lying in a corner collecting dust. Use your camera. If you don’t, you might as well have bought an expensive paperweight (or book-end, for that matter). Just saying.
Again, just shoot :)
Cheers to the art of Photography!
